S.N.A.P, or the Spay Neuter Assistance for Pets, Inc. program, provides discounts to pet owners in and adjacent to Muscatine County so they can spay or neuter their pets at reduced rates.

This program is offered year round at participating veterinarians. Call 563-264-2370 to learn more about our 2 programs.


Guidelines for SNAP's Low cost Spay Neuter Program

Pet owners must call S.N.A.P. (563)264-2370 first to see if they qualify by their income to use the low cost program for their indoor pets.

Barn/Outdoors Cats & Kittens Spay Neuter Program

The Barn/Outdoors Cats & Kittens Spay Neuter Program is available to the general public so as to bring them reduced prces to fix stray cats or if they have a large number of cats on their property/farm. Call 563-264-23770 to learn of the vet closest to your home than is participating in this program. Minimum 3 cats. No maximum.
