A FEW WORDS FROM THE PRESIDENT

May 24, 2004

As we approach the summer month, I would like to wish everyone a happy and healthy summer. I would like to take a few minutes just to highlight what we have accomplished in these short five months and give some ?“big thank you?’s?”!
The Easter egg hunt held on April 10rh was a huge success, thanks to Susan Johnson. Pictures will be posted on the website soon.
The clubhouse has a whole new look. New ceiling fans, thanks to Lisa & Jeff Haley and new lights in the 2 main rooms.
Freshly painted ceilings and loads of electrical work; a big thanks to Berry George and Wes Byrd .
Linda & Ernie Collins has donated the pool safety equipment that was badly needed, Thanks!
New Carpet!!!
And finally, the following people helped cleanup the clubhouse and moved furniture before the carpet was installed: Amy and Dean Fluhart, Vicki and Scott Matts, Eileen and Rick Regnier, Cathy and Dan Arvin, Lisa and Jeff Halley, and Mike Rice.

Now that the renovations to the clubhouse are complete, the rental rates are increasing slightly. Members will be charged $50 to rent and non-members will be charged $100. There will still be a refundable security deposit of $250. For Rentals?—Contact Debbie Clingenpeel 221-9627
