I recently bought a home in this area, and as it is is nice and quiet area the landscapers the hoa uses is in my opinion is horrible. I have called numerous times about drip lines breaking and now at 2:40am I wake up to a sprinkler head busted shooting straight up on top of my roof, flooding the front yard, who knows what it did to the roof at this time as well as killing my gf flowers in the front from the force of the water landing on them. I called once again and the landscapers can not be reached at this time. It's nice having a hoa and at the same time it can be the worst thing when they can't get anything right and use below average landscapers who can not install.
