For pedestrian safety, we desperately need sidwalks installed the length of Turney Avenue between Central and 7th Avenues.  The single greatest asset to our neighborhood, the Light Rail, will be here shortly, and we have no safe way to access it.  How do we pursue this?  Thanks in advance.

I'm wondering what prompted the sudden installation of sidewalks along Campbell between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue back in 02 or 03. Anybody know?

I'm not sure who handles this in city government.  One thing I do know, our city needs to be more walkable.  Walkable streets translate into more social contact which in turn make  a neighborhood a community.
