The MUST ordinance as presented will include the area owned by MLHR. It will allow maximum use of a 6 story building occupying 100% of a property if the building is multi-use (commercial and residential).
The next step will be a meeting organized by the township to present to Bryn Mawr, Rosemont and Haverford. It should be scheduled within the next week. I will post the date, location and time as soon as it is available.
