As a member of this HOA I expect to be informed of any meetings affecting our community. I check the website occasionally and there has been nothing; yet I hear there was a meeting in January and there is to be a meeting with a management company. Our newsletter has not been posted on the website since November 2006. I believe we need to have a community meeting as soon as possible to reassess how we want our Association to function. I will be requesting this of our secretary and I would suggest that if you are concerned about your community you do the same.

I completely agree. I just found out there was a meeting and I am very upset. Unacceptable! I also just learned our HOA President can withdraw funds without a second signor plu he gets paid $350 per month for landscaping. Clearly a conflict of interest. I can't believe how poorly our board has perfomed. Don't even get me started on the lack yearly HOA meetings. We need to get back with a management company. Our decision to self manage was a mistake.
