As stated in the CCR's when the board holds a meeting scheduled or unscheduled it must be announced. Tonite at 7pm we will be hold an unscheduled board meeting. Homeowners are welcome but will not be able to respond at this time. Please take notes and hold your questions for the next open meeting.
The meeting will be topic specific , discussing the financials.
I believe the place to post an upcoming meeting is the calendar section. If you check the web page it specifically says meetings under calendar. By posting in this section it is much less likely to be seen.
