Does anyone know if there are community meetings for this HOA and if so when and where are they? My family is looking into your area and wanted to find out.

What is the amount for dues and does it include anything?

 It is not for anyone in my family directly I had a resident who asked me at our meeting because they have a family member who is looking. I told them I could try to  find out from using this site.
