Per the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions of Copper Grove, Section 10m title swimming pools: No swimming pool or equipment or building related thereto shall be constructed without the prior approval of the Architectural Review Board. No above ground pools shall be permitted. ...

The Board of Directors has adapted the following Rules and Regulations for pools: No above ground pools shall be permitted.  This will include any pool over 15 inches deep and any pool that requires a pump, filter and/or ladder.  Kiddie pools allowed will be less than 15 inches deep and hold less than 200 gallons of water.  Any kiddie pools must be emptied and stored within the dwelling unit or enclosed garage when not in use.
