Call to order
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Homeowner Forum
Two homeowners were present. They had concerns about appearance of some homes in the neighborhood. Mr. Pittman stated that the board is working on this problem.

Approval of minutes and financial records
Minutes of the November 13, 2003 meeting were reviewed.

Financial records were discussed; Mrs. Steele asked again about the difference in amounts for the reserve account on the balance sheet. Mr. Pittman requested that open accounts payable items be included in future packets.

MOTION for approval by Ms. Steele; second by Ms. Thomas. Unaminously APPROVED.

Officer Reports
Ms. Thomas has reserved the library for the January 28 and February 25 meetings.

Mr. Pittman distributed a copy of the "Arizona Community Association Journal" to each board member for review. He believes it would be helpful to order a group subscription.

Old Business
Ms. Thomas and Mr. Pittman have been checking on the city park and report that it has been cleaned up to some degree. Ms. Thomas reports that there was a security person of some sort at the last games. She will continue to monitor.

New Business
A letter for the city regarding backflow inspection was reviewed with the opinion that this may be the city's responsibility. Mr. Pittman will follow up the Peoria.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
