Any chance that we can muffle the mobile vendor? I don't know what they are selling, but I hear their ''music'' alot. Its not a big deal, but I would rather not have to crank up a radio to cover up the noise.

i understand that there are a lot of kids in this neighborhood but the the volume on the ice cream man's speaker is a bit much. is there someone who can talk to him or something.
