Funny Farm ;)

Remember that movie ''Funny Farm''? The whole town got together to convince buyers that their town was picture perfect.
We don't have to go quite that far but we can help to fill these vacant homes. When you see potential buyers looking at one of the vacant houses, be friendly and say hello. Talk to them and tell them your hopes for the neighborhood. Tell them something nice about other neighbors that you know.
Be positive. We need to attract families that want to be involved in their community and that will take pride their homes.
