Rezoning N. Blvd.
Some residents showed up and opposed the rezoning and stated that there is no blight along N.Blvd., all of the offices are either run down or vacant,and they are fine with the empty lots that serve as illegal dumping grounds. Therefore, the Planning Commission found it inconsistent w/ the comprehensive plan. This is why it is imperative for those in support to show up at City Council on Nov.29th at 5:00p.m. to rebut these false accusations and show support for this initiative to eradicate the blight and move forward w/ establishing a well maintained professional corridor.
