Riverside Heights Civic Association & Crime Watch

We have received the dates for rezoning the 4 properties on N. Boulevard from Residential to Residential Office. This would allow for professionals such as Attorneys, CPA's ,Doctors and others to operate their small practices out of these locations. The planning commision is set to hear our case on November 5th,2007 at the County Center Building located at 601 E. Kennedy Blvd. and we go in front of Tampa City Council on November 29th,2007 at City Hall located at 315 E. Kennedy Blvd. Everyone is encouraged to attend to show your support for eradicating the blight that exists along North Boulevard and creating a professional corridor that we can all be proud of. This is excellent news!
Rezoning to Residential Office is the most logical and best use for N. Boulevard. I encourage all my neighbors in Riverside Heights to support and embrace this rezoning initiative.

I agree. Finally someone is taking some initiative to fix the problems that exist along North Boulevard. I feel this will be a much needed change.
