This property is within 75 feet of residential homes that have school age children. Some of these homes are H.U.D. and most are owner occupied. This operation would not be tolerated in any other district in our city. The fire marshall is not going to investigate and issue citations at 11:00pm-2:00am for exceeding maximum number occupancy. We must write our council person to be heard and have this operation's permit revoked. Many thanks for the pride we share in our local community.
