palm valley by tw lewis: $36/month plus access fee to palm valley community recreation center (swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. fully staffed) ~ $20.
the above are communities in the neighborhood with comparable or higher home prices.
new subdivisions in laveen area: ~$30/month is typical.
SUGGESTION:
reduce current HOA fees by $10/month immediately, that is $120/year per household - meaningful saving.
