Recreational Vehicles & Boats

Apr 20, 2004

Per your governing documents recreational vehicles, boat storage and parking are prohibited in your driveways in the Ridgefield Community. However, we all know that there will be occasions when it is necessary to park your recreational vehicle or boat in your driveway for loading and unloading supplies. Please give me a call and inform me that your boat or trailer will only be parked in your driveway temporarily (24 to 48 hrs). This will help me to respond to phone calls from homeowners and also help me in my inspections to know that your boat or trailer is not going to be a permanent fixture. Have a fun and safe summer.
