The above mentioned address is an unhealthy, dangerous, unsanitary, and chaotic environment for a child to be in.  The home is unkempt, things stacked everywhere including the stairs.  Their is the smell of animal pee and fecies throughout the home.  There are at least 5 cats, 4 dogs, some birds, and 3 turtles that I know of.  The turtle tank is never cleaned and the fumes from it are toxic.  The garage has been converted to a studio type room with exposed plumbing/pipes and hot water heater.  Patty Dietrich who cares for the children that live their has mental and physical disabilities and takes many medications daily.  She is asleep most of the time.  They only have one car which seats 5, but they often transport more people than that including children.  I've been told they have pinched the children they care for and left bruises.  Amber Gardner has a serious thyroid disorder which is untreated.  The backyard is full of garbage and dangerous weeds.  The front door can not be locked and is unsecured and they have no air conditioning.  The front yard is unkempt and full of overgrowth of dead grass and trees as well as weeds.  The at least 5 dogs that live there bark loudly constantly at all times of day/night  which has been causing a serious disturbance in the neighborhood for years.  Please take the time to consider this matter and check into it.  Thank you.
