Unleashed & Barking Dogs- The covenants and restrictions, Articles VII,section 3,paragraph a states "Unreasonable annoyance,inconvenience or nuisance". if such a finding is made, the PLPOA board can require the animal to be removed from Porter's Landing. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Speeders--- PLEASE SLOW DOWN. The speed limit is 25 mph throughout Porter's Landing. Many children play near the streets and on them at times as well as walkers and runners. Don't let a tragedy happen.
