Phoenix Block Watch Advisory Board

I've just been notified my precinct CAO that it is up to our neighborhood to plan our own GAIN event, THEN AND ONLY THEN would the department decide who in our area has the nicest Gain event, then they will be awarded the city perks. WHAT???? The last meeting of the BWAB I attended, I was told the BWAB board would be assisting neighborhoods in planning GAIN and there would be one centralized event. This year's event has turned into a huge joke and I'm completely dissatisfied and the Police Department brass will be hearing from us!!!!
