How do you feel when you see a pile of garbage in someone's yard. Or weeds 3' or taller? When it's a repeat problem and it seems no one cares.

Landlord are now required by law to be registered with Maricopa County. If the landlords live out of state; they are also required by law to retain an in-state agent.

There are fines and penalties if they are not currently registered.

We are finding some of these landlords in our neighborhood are actually registered with Maricopa County, have in-state agents. It just seems these agents are not doing THEIR JOBS!

These slum areas bring down the price of our properties and the moral of the people who do live here!
