Most of Willo residents received the flyer from APS concerning information on the new choices in Electric Service Providers (ESP).

In reading through the information it mentioned "Aggregation", the combining of costomers into a buying group for the purchase of electricity. Anyone think the Willo residents would want to explore this idea.... Maybe the Willo Neighborhood as a group?
