I'd really like to discuss the roaming animals we have in NorthLake. I'm a dog lover too.. but when I had dogs they were tended too and kept on my property not turned loose to roam the neighborhood. I've always taught my child to be cautious of strange dogs because they are inherently unpredictable. (and personally I'm tired of cleaning up/stepping in dog crap that doesn't belong to me) Spanish Fort does have a leash law and this needs to be addressed asap. I'm not sure who's dogs are roaming but they need to properly tended to and supervised or I'm sure animal control can do it for you. Am I out of line on this?
