I have noticed that every morning there is a Dog outside barking his brains out around 6 am! It goes on for about half to one hour than stops.
I think it may be the last house going west on the 4000 block of Clybourn. I checked out if there is a dog there and was surprised to see a black dog wearing a muzzle made out of some kind of fabric. It charged at the fence when I came by. He barked thru the muzzel and scared the #@$% out of me. This concerns me even more than the barking. If the dog has to be muzzed in it's own back yard, what if it gets loose?

Hi Don,

Well I don't think we can do anything about the muzzle when the dog is fenced, but we can be glad it's on if it is a vicious dog. The barking however if being a nuisance can be reported to the police. Are the people living in the house new neighbors??

Our dog does not stand outside and bark at 6:00am in the morning. She is outside for about 10 to 15 minutes to go to the bathroom and she is never left outside with her muzzle nor does she bark to come in she knocks on the window to come in. She is never left outside during the day. She never leaves the yard unless on a leash going for a walk. Her name is Zena she is blacklab/akita. If you have a problem with our dog please let us know.
