In accordance with Pembrooke's community documents Article VI, Section 12 under Garbage and Trash Removal, all garbage and containers must be kept out of sight except on trash pickup day. The section reads as follows. " All trash, garbage and other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers and, except during pickup, if required to be place at the curb, all containers shall be kept at the rear of all living units or out of sight from the street".
