Parkwood Ranch HOA

I Have neighbors that leave their trash containers in the front yard(all the time), over stuffed,trash blowing in my yard.Pet messes not picked up with odors that make my back yard smell great.Is there a limit to how many cars one can have,or how they're parked, some times I count 7. What about dumping gasoline in your yard? Is that frowned upon?
Are these things worthy of complaining about?
Can any one help me? Thanks.

This is the wrong place to complain, no action is generated from this site...I would suggest calling CCMC property manger Stephanie Fee at 480-921-7500.

This site is just a place to blow off steam to make you feel better.Usually no one reads or responds to these discussions.
This is a dead site unmanaged and never updated.....look at the dates on the other discussions. They have been there since day one........
