The one question I have for the board is: I would like for them to give an example of what actions would be taken against a homeowner who refuses to comply with the HOA rules and regulations, fines, legal actions, etc. |

Priority
I would like to know why it appears that no one is even enforcing the guidelines for lanscaping. It appears many rules, not only in landscaping, are being violated. Things such as where vehicles are being parked and stuff like these ramps for skating being left in front of a house permanently do not beautify the community. I believe this is the job of our management company. Do we really need a high cost management company? Hey, how about getting our South Main Entrance (Cheshire) painted all one color instead of just touching up from the vandals? By JEC |
