Reporting Vandalism

To Anonymos;

You are absolutely right. I did not report this child because I happened to catch him before he got on the roof. I will be more willing to call the police in the future if I see any other incidents.

''Anonymous'',

You are correct, we are encouraging all vandalism and/ or other events of concern be reported to the Mesa Police AND to your Neighborhood Watch Contact (AAM and/or a HOA board member may also be contacted). All these numbers are available on this website.

The Contacts are holding weekly meetings and comparing notes to gain a total picture of what's going on in our community - they also work closely with AAM and the new HOA board. The Community Action Team and other representatives of the Mesa Police have been professional and proactive in educating neighbors and Contacts who do report concerns!

''Anonymous '' , I know the Watch Contact in your neighborhood would appreciate your input also - I encourage you to become involved!

Thanks, Alan

Memorial Vandalism

I walk through the common areas quite a lot and on the concrete structure that goes under Broadway between Sonata II and Providence there is a tremendous amount of black graffiti memorializing Justin R. Capp. I don't mean to be insensitive to his friends and loved ones but it's really quite an eye-sore. If that is the location where he died (I don't know anything about his death) perhaps the HOA could spring for a plaque or something but that graffiti has got to go.
Trading Places

If there were only animals messing our common areas, it would be one thing... Some of the worst damage is done by kids, most who should know better. Maybe they don't, but I'm sure their parents complain about the amount of money being spent-some of which is being used up cleaning up the mess left by their kids!
