Has anyone else noticed that on street parking in starting to become more then an irratent and is now starting to affect driving. Old Crown as well as the minor streets have to many cars, boats, RVs, and trailers littering both sides of the road which is forcing traffic in both directions to meet more in the middle. Is there a way to address this issue?

It is a problem. The streets are too crowded with these campers and boats plus they take up all the parking. I think the community should have an area that is secure for these types of vehicles. It amazes me that people think their neighbors want to look at their unsightly campers and boats!

We live in the townhomes in one of the courts and it isn't any better here. Our problem, which i've submitted a letter to the HOA regarding, is people parking in the "no parking" area around the yellow curb. Not only does it make it difficult to back out of our parking spots, it prevents the emergency vehicles from being able to navigate the court itself should there be an emergency. There are plenty of open visitor parking spots in the center of the court, why do people insist on parking in the restricted area?

Contact the AA County Fire Marshall to resolve any emergency vehicle problems.  As far as the HOA, they do nothing except take money.  If we all stopped paying things would change.
