Palo Verde Park Neighborhood Watch

We are looking for a mason or block fencing contractor who will donate some man hours to create a block fence for two deserving homeowners who border E Baseline. This project is so important to the advancement of our neighborhood, as it changes the aesthetic, changing people's perception of our neighborhood. Property values are based on perception. If many believe that your neighborhood is a ghetto, then no one will want to live there, thus property values decrease. Once we complete our painted block wall, we will blend in with the more affluent neighborhooods in the area. This will be a great benefit to all of us who live here. This makes it important enough for anyone who lives here to donate their time. I realize that your time is valuable, but our properties here should be more valuable than they are.
