Hello there and welcome to the Centercrest HOA website!
I think that we may be able to use these discussion boards to orgainize our communication and insure everyones voice is heard. In response to Kirks request for goals this is my response.

short term:evaluate and approve a budget with some proposed cost cutting.
make homeowners aware of website which can be measured by log-in results

long-term: plan for repairing construction defects.

Looks like this Centercrest HOA discussion link has been VERY effective...........
It's been over 2 years and nobody has looked at this site or made a post. The only reason I came across it is because I was looking for a Centercrest Web page. How about as a short term goal Kirk gets a web page made for the community, so people can actually have some asscess to him. That way we can share some concerns with him, since he doesn't even live in the community of which he is the President of the Board. It seems to me there are major concerns among many of the owners, and none of them know how to go about contacting anyone that can or will be able to do anything about those concerns.
