What do residents that live on Greenspring and Plum Run Court have to do to be plowed out!!  We pay our yearly dues, especially Plum Run Court residents and we don't see any assistance with plowing whether it's 4" or 24".  What does it take to get our street plowed.  Home owners are out with shovels and snow-blowers clearing the road.  Our dues assist in this, right?  Paying our dues guarantee we get "perks", even though we live back in the development, right?  What's going on?  The recent newsletter states that we need an increase in our annual dues--I want to see some "perks" from my annual dues now.  We are always on time with our annual dues and frankly, it's disheartening to not see any benefits on our streets in Victoria Woods area of the development.

We actually saw one of the "perks" today!  Thank you Moon's Snow Removal Company for clearing the streets in our cul-de-sac. It is WONDERFUL to have clean streets in this messy winterstorm time of year.  May it continue for those of us who keep up with our dues have homes that are well kept.  We have pride in our development and especially our street. 

Again,  I want to say YEA!!!!!!  I'm sure all the homeowners, are thrilled with the plowed roads ways in our development.  Remember how good this feels to be able to get out of your garage/driveway and not fear going into a ditch or getting stuck to leave your home after a snow storm.  If EVERYONE pays their dues we can always have this "perk", rather than just the main road into the development and none of the side and back streets.

I also wanted to say Thank you for getting us plowed out so fast this storm! Great Job to moon contractors, you guys were wonderful and thanks for letting the kids throw a few snowballs at your trucks!!!

It was nice to see it and thank you for making it happen! We were able to get out and take a drive and must say we should feel thankful many other places are not yet plowed! Newark is a mess still!!
