Over the past few weeks, several neighbors and I have noticed a group of children quickly travelling on scooters and bikes running through stop signs without looking to see if cars are approaching....sometimes with 3 children on a scooter without helmets....this is a tragedy waiting to happen....where are their parents?  

We have had several complaints about this group of children. They have been throwing stones at the wildlife in the pond and when asked to stop, they have turned their bad behaviors onto some of the neighbors. There parents have been notified, but judging from their response I do not see their behavior improving.
