I have a resisence just outside of the city limits in Pearland, and just recently the landscapers for next door(which is a business in a neighborhood) has been coming out to mow the yard at 0700. Before that they used to come out at 0800. Is this legal, can they come ou tand mow that early??? I work nights , so that pretty early for me! what could be done beside talking to the owner???
