When I see the young children standing next to those vehicles booming the music I have to wonder how they can subject there relatives to volumes that can permanently damage their hearing. Not to mention that of the driver and passengers. And how the adults can stand around seemingly without protest.

Just starting another post on the music rather than that spoof posted before.

I guess they're really showing us.

I am in my late 40's and I do turn up my car stereo when good jam comes on the radio.  But my volume doesn't rattle the windows to the houses I am passing by like some of the stereos in the vehicles today.   That is when the music becomes an irritatingnoise which causes neighbors to complain.   Yesterday there was a vehicle that passed by that was so loud it rattle my dishes in my curio cabinets in my dining room.  By the time I got to the front room to see what vehicle it was, they were gone.

We have the same 2 or 3 vehicles pass the house 2 or 3 times a day and the windows and anything not tied down vibrates.Frown

We personally are keeping a log of place, time, license plate numbers and driver description or who it is driving if we kbow that.

Doing this for a few days or a week and going to the police with it has gotton tickets issued in the past and/or a personal visit from officers.

I also know some neighbors have surveilence cameras taking video of street activity such as this.
