Colter Close Construction Commences

Colter Close is a townhome development of 55 units located on Colter Street. February 9th marked the groundbreaking of the project, and construction of the 12 units in Phase I began April 3. The project's developers have pledged a donation to the Neighborhood Association for each unit constructed, and has already presented the Association with a check of $1000.00! The target completion date for the models in Phase I is July 31st.
