A few months after we moved  the  Welcome Lady  came for a visit...  She gave us a welcome package , with much informative information, we appreciated....Wondering how often the newsletter is printed...The one posted here is from November 2007..

either the date is wrong or thats a mistake, I think I got a newsletter last week.

I have yet to get a newsletter, welcome packet or anything. So many people have moved in on our street I am sure it takes a while to get the information from the realtor about the new residents. I was on the Welcoming Committee with my old neighborhood for a very short time since it was all talk and no action. How long does it normally take to be notified by the Home Owners Association? I figured we should hear something soon since our realtor notified me to make sure we went through the HOA about our fence.

WE WERE HERE  3 MONTHS BEFORE WE RECIEVED OUR WELCOME INFORMATION PACKAGE...THE WELCOME  COMITTEE WAS IN TRANSISTION   A NEW LADY HAD JUST TAKEN THE JOB....

A NEIGHBOR GAVE ME HER OLD NEWSLETTER  (NOV.2007)  IT IS  ON THIS SITE...IT HAS ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS OF THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE THOSE JOBS...THESE ARE VOLUNTEER JOBS, MOST HAVE DONE FOR MANY YEARS...AND MOST WORK FULL TIME JOBS ALSO ....I WAS TOLD THERE ARE FOUR NEWSLETTERS PER YEAR...AND WOULD PROBABLY BE ON THIS SITE , TO SAVE  EXPENSE OF PRINTING...I HAVE ONLY RECIEVED THE NOV. ONE...

I FOUND YOU NEED TO SEEK OUT THE INFORMATION YOU WANT TO KNOW, AS WE DID WITH OUR FENCE SITUATION....DIDNT KNOW OF NEWSLETTER OR THIS WEB SITE  WHEN WE MOVED HERE LAST YEAR....

MANY ARE HELPFUL WITH INFO., JUST HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH RIGHT PERSON...ALOT OF YOUR ANSWERS ARE ON THIS SITE, NAMES, PHONE NUMBERS ETC.......SEEK AND YE SHALL FIND...GOOD LUCK..
