JUNE 18th Neighborhood Walk!

On Wednesday June 18th, at 7 pm, we will be having a Neighborhood Walk with officials from Police District 3. We will be meeting on the North-East Corner of 40th and Clybourn.

We have invited Alderman Michael Murphy and have asked him to have someone from the Department of Neighborhood Sevices to also attend the walk, in that there have been concerns expressed by neighbors that would be covered by DNS.

We strongly encourage all of our neighbors to participate in the walk if they can. It is a great way to information share with police, officials, and your neighbors old and new.

We have a few passes for the Zoo, etc. left over from the Neighborhood Clean Up which was done during our last walk in May (it was cold and damp but we did it!). These will be distributed at the June Walk on a first come, first served basis to walk participants.

We are supposed to have a dry spell beginning Monday so hopefully the weather will be great to be out. So put on your walking shoes and put the kids and grandkids in their strollers and come out with us!
