What other neighborhood has a 4th of July extravaganza that includes a parade filled with movie stars, kids on bikes, mortorcycles, a flyover by military jets and a picnic with music, rock climbing walls & family games? Or how about a "Film Festival?" Or a golf cart parade ( modeled after the Christmas Ships) during the holidays to collect toys and clothing for the needy? There are way too many things to include here.
