I hope others will take the time to read the letter from the OCC posted on this website.  It was particularly enlightening to me to know that consumers (ultimately) pay for litigation on our behalf.  It was also encouraging to know that the OCC considered this in their decision to not pursue the matter further.  The letter has restored my confidence in the OCC.  Thanks for printing it.
