You will need to provide the following information when calling: A plate number of a vehicle, the incident time/date and location, a description of the dog and a description of the person with the unleashed dog. You can provide this information anonymously. Animal Control will send out a courtesy notice to the violator. Any further progressive discipline will only come if the complaining party is willing to come forward and testify about the violation at civil hearing.
