I have been waiting for someone else to post, but as no one has, I would like to comment on the meeting. I found it very painful to hear the direct attacks on our current Fearless Leader. Marcia, you handled it so well.
Despite (or perhaps because of) the recent conflicts among neighbors, the membership seems vitalized; the large number of volunteers to the board is propitious. I look forward to more cooperation and less confrontation, cleaner alleys, great public art, increased comfort in the park (new benches), ...... and more socialization among neighbors. Just a thought: the pub night thing is great for those who drink (are we the only teetolers in the association?), but some other ways of getting together , like coffee at Essence, etc. would be nice.
