Eugene, as an expert in real estate market analysis and neighborhood redevelopment, I think that a new SUPERMARKET store should be on the top of any list of new businesses in your neighborhood. The new Publix store (under construction) on Andrews Avenue and SW 6 Street looks like the same 2-story Publix in Miami Beach. Where site area is small (like in your area), these stores can now go ''up'' on a smaller site. Of course, as you mentioned to me before, a new supermarket can also be affiliated with other low profile chains and can also be developed and operated by a neighborhood association with the guidance of experts. |
