check mls listings, i am a real estate investor, trust me nothing is under 300,000 in a newer developement especially if the developement is only two years old TRUST ME..... i am not trying to be patronizing, i am simply just letting people know what is going on in the south fla. real estate market

Are you looking in the right MLS

Perhaps you aren't looking in the right spots, or the right listings. Trust me, they're out there. If you'd like a list of what sold in the first quarter under $300 that is comparable to a chelsea with no upgrades please let me know and I'll be happy to send them to you.
