Metro West Homeowners Association #5 "The Isles"

Is the County at all responsible to clean street gutters and storm drains. this year it seems the small oak leaves are more abundant that in years past. I have raked at least 3 - 40 gal bags of leaves  every other day from the gutter in front of my house and my neighbors. the next day it looks the same. the storm drain at Somersworth and Lismore Court must be full of them and you can anticipate this drain and others in the neighborhood will more than likely be clogged and resultant flooding in those areas, I have observed street sweepers in other areas of SW Orange county, Bay Hill area, Apopka Vinland raod areas, Hiawassee Road. Are we too low class to be afforded the same in Pembrook
