PROSPECTIVE BUYER REQUESTS:  Any of the above documents for request before purchasing a property within Meridian Firs No 2, the same fees, above, apply. All fees will the responsibility of the requestor and will be collected BEFORE disclosure and delivery of said documents.

REALTOR DISCLOSURE DEMAND PACKET REQUEST CHARGES: All fees and costs for the demand packet shall be the personal obligation of the lot owner and shall be an assessment against the lot and collectible as any other assessment in accordance with the provisions of the declaration, if not paid at settlement or within 30 days of the delivery of the demand packet, whichever occurs first.

NOTE FOR HOA DISCLOSURE PACKAGE:  The requests for Demand Packets are governed by Homeowners’ Association Act of Washington, RCW 64.38.045. Input from the Association’s counsel to the Board indicates that the permits our Association to impose and collect reasonable charges and to recover our costs for the handling of such requests.

NOTE: For realtor requests, please refrain from having the home owners from requesting the documents, listed above, or multiple entities requesting the same documents, as this could delay prompt delivery of the documents you are requesting.

Also, most of the HOA board members are employed outside of our HOA duties, so sending multiple emails requesting documents could create confusion, possibly delaying prompt delivery of the documents you are requesting.
