Hey, you must be new to Tampa. Have you just recently moved in? If you've been here awhile and have had garbage service you should have noticed when you neighbors put out the yard wastes, clippings and junk that is not household garbage, along with the household garbage. That would be Tuesdays for me in the county. Fridays in the count is stricly household waste or trash day. If you do a search in Google for 'Hillsborough County Solid Waste' you'll find all sorts of good info on this At least for the county. If you live within the city limits you would search for 'Tampa  Garbage' pickup or something to that effect. Just don't put out your stuff more than 24 hours before. It can become a mess all over the street by any type of chaos that may come you way when you least expect it. Take Care!
