MAY 2002 BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

This month's meeting will be on Thursday, May 9, at 7:00 p.m., at The Fountains at La Cholla Retirement Center. All residents are welcome to attend. If you plan on coming and have a specific concern, please notify VPM at 514-6865, prior to the meeting.

CRIME REPORT

Graffiti is still a problem throughout Meadowbrook. It was found this past month at the park, including the jungle gym and picnic areas.

If you notice any criminal activity, notify the Sheriff's Office immediately at 741-4900. Following your report, please call Patty at 293-5467 to include the crime in the next issue of Meadowbrook News.

ARC

Any changes or improvements to the exterior of houses or landscaping need the approval of the Architectural Committee. Any structural changes or additions to the exterior of the home, front or back yard, should be submitted for approval. If relandscaping the entire yard, submit a plan to be approved. Any natural gravel is pre-approved, vinyl coated rock (turquoise, wine) or white rock should be used as accents in small areas only. Paint colors for the house and trim can now be used in various combinations, but homeowners must submit their choices for approval prior to painting. Persons can submit their own blue, green, brown, or gray paint colors schemes, but the ARC must look at color chips before they can make a decision. Avoid bright, neon, or extremely dark shades.

The ARC meets the first Tuesday of every month. Please submit your requests to Vision Property Management prior to the meeting and fill out an Architectural Improvement Application and Review Form.
