Mays Meadow HOA met this evening at 6:30 on June 21, 2010 to discuss present issues on maintenence of the common area, retention pond and front entrance. The budget for 2010 was also gone over in detail and each category explained by Starr Hammond of Starrlite Express Mgt company.

The homeowners elected John J Bennett, myself as the new President of the Mays Meadow HOA. I plan on implementing all of the pending issues to resolve and go forward making this a very informative and inexpensive way to manage our HOA. All we want are the basic services such as the issues mentioned above. We have no pool or clubhouse or any other high maintenence areas to worry about.

I would like to bring the neighbors together and feel a real sense of comradery here in our neighborhood. I would also like to start a Neighborhood Watch program. We were informed by one of the residents of a recent break in. These should all be posted on our site so that the information is out there. I will keep the neighbors informed on all the issues and where we are in getting these resolved.
