Carmen St.Claire is one of 2 NEW activities coordinators at the Club.She is at the Club Monday through Thursday from 10-6:30PM and 10-2:30 on Fridays and will offer ?‘Intro to Fitness?’ sessions FREE to members. Anyone who wants to learn to use any and all gym machines, please call Carmen to arrange for these personal training appointments. Again, all her activities are FREE to members. Also please let her know if you?’d like to attend her first Wine and Cheese party on Wednesday 9/26 from 6:30-9PM.
